Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition that you received it.
• Unworn or unused.
• Equipped with all original tags and in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Policy Exceptions
Please note the following specific conditions regarding our inventory:
• Snorkels: We do not offer refunds on any snorkel products. Please ensure compatibility and preference before completing your purchase.
• Used Parts: All used parts are sold as seen. We do not offer refunds on used components. We guarantee that these parts have been thoroughly inspected and are fit for reuse; we do not sell faulty or damaged used parts.
• Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom products (special orders/personalized items), or hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact Us: Email us at crpoffroad@gmail.com to initiate the request.
2. Shipping: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

4. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges & EU Cooling Off Period
• Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
• European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet our "original condition" requirements listed above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.
• Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Delay: Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
• Follow-up: If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at crpoffroad@gmail.com.
