Manufacturer's Warranty

All new branded parts sold by CRP Parts are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty (for example High Lifter, S3 Powersports, Demon Powersports, Knight ATV and SuperATV). The length and terms of cover are set by each manufacturer, and we handle the claim for you – you do not need to deal with the manufacturer directly.

Manufacturer warranties normally cover manufacturing defects. They usually exclude wear items (e.g. bushings, bearings, belts), damage from incorrect fitting, accidents, racing or misuse.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email crpoffroad@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photos.
  2. Please do not fit or continue to use a part you think is faulty.
  3. We will send the claim to the manufacturer and keep you updated. If the claim is accepted the part will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

Used Parts

Used parts are inspected before sale and sold as seen, as described and photographed. They do not carry a manufacturer's warranty, but your statutory rights apply if a part is not as described.

CRP Custom Kits

If there is a fault in materials or workmanship on a CRP-made kit, contact us and we will put it right.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
