Electrical Products

Due to the nature of electrical components, we enforce a strict no-return policy once the item has been purchased or fitted.

• No Returns: We do not accept returns on any electrical products (e.g., Regulators, Rectifiers, Solenoids, Stators).

• Fitting: Any item that has been plugged in or fitted to a vehicle cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, as we cannot guarantee its condition for resale.

• Diagnostic: Please ensure your vehicle's diagnostic work is correct before purchasing electrical parts.

Standard Parts (ATV City)

For standard replacement parts sourced through our dealer ATV City (such as rectifiers and solenoids), we follow their standard dealer warranty guidelines. If you believe a part is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately before fitting the item.

Specialist Brands

Warranty claims for these premium brands are handled differently as they are subject to specific manufacturer policies. The manufacturer makes the final decision on all claims.
